“I'm simply amazed at how fast I'm losing
weight.” This program is for real. First off, it is FUN! I mean a LOT of fun! It's actually addicting. I crave it. On kickboxing days my body just knows and all day I'm excited for it. “4 pounds in 7 days”
I started this program a week ago, and have already lost 4 pounds. The only things I've changed in my life are joining this program, and making a few nutritional changes to what I eat. Nothing big - I didn't go on a crazy diet or anything. Just from those two things, I've already lost 4 pounds, and I can feel even more weight coming off of me. “20 Pounds gone in first two weeks*”
After trying tons of diets... exercise tapes... gyms... meditations... and a million other things...I wish I had just done this from the start. It's so simple. You don't have to think about it. You show up, you do the workout, you go home. Then, you look at the scale every few days or so - and you see the number going down and down and down. That's it. No rocket science. No books. No counting calories or anything complicated like that. Do yourself a favor and stop trying to make all these crazy diets and things work. Just show up for class and let the professionals take care of the rest. I'm so glad I did. - Jay T. |

"Are both group & private classes
available? " Most of our members enjoy the kickboxing circuit setting, but private sessions are available too depending on instructor
availability. " How many other people will there be in
my circuit? " You can most likely expect 5-15, give or take a few depending on the day/time. We always make sure there are enough instructors no matter the circuit size though.
" Are there other beginners in the Kickboxing circuit? "
Yes, classes are full of people of all experience levels - including total beginners.
" Will you help me with my nutritional
habits? " Absolutely. Nutrition is KEY to weight loss, and we'll pass along the powerful knowledge we've put together over the years.
" Is this similar to "cardio kickboxing"? "
No, our Kickboxing circuits are extremely interactive, and involve real-life boxing equipment like punching bags & gloves. This is nothing like cardio kickboxing!

" Will your kickboxing circuit help me tone
up? " Definitely. Our entire program was handcrafted to help you get lean & toned. Literally everything you do here helps you achieve this goal.
" How many kickboxing circuits per week should I come to? "
We advise 2-3 times for maximum results. However, some members come fewer times a week and see great results, and others come even more. It's all up to you.
" What's the difference between these circuits and doing cardio on my own? "
Our kickboxing circuit combine cardio with resistance & interval training to give you an ever-changing, always-new workout. Cardio by itself is actually pretty ineffective for weight loss. Your body eventually adapts to it, and results plateau. That's why we involve a variety of exercises and conditioning - so your body continues to see results every time you come.
" What kind of shape should I be in before getting started? "
Whatever shape you're in right now is just fine. If you're not in shape, we'll help you get there. And if you're already in shape, we'll help you get in even better shape, fast.
