Our fun-filled, energetic martial arts for kids classes combine exercise, games, martial arts skills, respect, cooperation, listening skills and important safety lessons that are all rolled into a dynamic lesson. Kids martial arts classes are taught in a fun, safe atmosphere with an emphasis on when it is appropriate to use the basic safety skills that are taught and when it is not.

We believe that in order to build a champion kid, a coach needs to understand that each child has his or her own unique abilities.
